What services do you offer?

What if I need help with a task that requires a system or software that I don’t have set up yet?

  • We offer system set-up and creation services. Whatever the task or issue is, we’re here to aid in the research, set up, and implementation process.

I have all my systems running exactly how I want them. Will I have to change your systems?

  • Nope! We integrate into your business. We’ll work with any systems and procedures you already have in place. Anything we help you build or set up is yours to keep.

How does on-boarding work?

  • On-boarding looks different for every company, depending on the needs we’re addressing. Generally, on-boarding is done via Zoom. This allows us to get set up, review your processes, discuss preferences, etc in real time. It also allows us to view your screen, and for you to view ours, as we go through the set up process.
  • We address tasks in order of priority during on-boarding. For example, learning your invoicing process is usually more important than revamping your email marketing campaign. Rest assured, every task we take on for you will be addressed.

How are services billed for?

  • We will invoice you for the flat monthly rate agreed upon during the consultation process. If you have any add on services (like system set up), those will be on the following month’s invoice.

What if my needs change?

  • We schedule regular reviews to discuss the services we’re providing, any questions you may have, go over feedback and suggestions, etc. During these reviews, should you need to increase or decrease your services with us, adjustments can be made at that time. However, any adjustments made will remain in effect for at least 1 billing cycle.

Is there a minimum amount of services/tasks I have to purchase?

  • While we’re happy to handle as many or as few tasks as you need, we do charge a minimum flat fee of $200/month. Depending on your needs, this $200 could cover a variety of tasks.

What are your working hours?

  • Our team is available during the working hours of 9am to 5pm EST. While we are based on the east coast, we do work with businesses nationwide, and arrangements to fit your business hours can be made.
